EquiLix is a recommended product for Horses.

EquiLix is an “all-in-one” vitamin and mineral supplement for horses that include strong prebiotic and digestive aids to support better horse health and performance.

It is a non-molasses horse lick supplement which combines a complete vitamin, mineral and digestive aid package with buffers to help support the settling of gastric distress.

EquiLix comes as a 50 lb (22.68 kg) or 125 lb (56.7 kg) free choice lick block.

This product works effectively to help
support hooves, hair coat, joint lubricity,
feed utilization, circulation and
resistance to colicing.

EquiLix PI is a free choice non-molasses protein lick block. We’ve formulated EquiLix PI for picky eater horses and yet without the negative effects of molasses.

Use daily for horses along with good quality forages. The 50 lb tub is ideal for 1-2 horses, and the 125 lb tub is the right amount for 4-5 horses.

How Do We Do It?

SweetPro pioneered the solidification of fermentation feeds such as distillers grains into solid blocks and our own fermentation process to produce a unique “blend additive” called ProBiotein®.

ProBiotein supports the digestion of forages,
so horses get more out their hay.

Organically complexed trace minerals help support
bioavailability of thoseimportant minerals.
Plus we’re adding the FlaxFactor – stabilized milled
flax with its high levels of healthy omega 3 fatty acids.

EquiLix Feeding Directions

1) Before feeding EquiLix blocks for the first time, horses should be well fed and have access to plenty of clean fresh water.

2) Have one lick block available for each 5 to 15 horses.

3) Provide an adequate source of good quality forage at all times.

4) Place lick blocks near areas where animals loaf and at least 100 yards
from water.

5) Make EquiLix blocks available in more than one location in large pastures or where more than one water source is available.

6) If animals run out of EquiLix, repeat from step one.

7) Other salt and minerals may provide free choice to balance specific rations.

8) A two-week adaptation will be required to establish a base
consumption rate.
